Official migration notice
Ultimox is the renewed platform operated by the same company as Ultimopay, under the same ownership.
Ultimopay accounts are being upgraded to Ultimox in stages, and existing Ultimopay customers keep their account data and balances.
Start from your Ultimopay dashboard → Official announcement: dashboard.ultimopay.io/ultimox-migrationWhen the migration option appears in your dashboard, follow the guided steps described on the official announcement page.
Your account is activated here on app.ultimox.io, where you continue with the same balances and card.
The migration is rolled out in stages. If the option is not visible in your Ultimopay dashboard yet, no action is required from you — it will appear when your account is included.
You do not need to sign up for a new account on Ultimox. If you already have an Ultimopay account, always start the migration from your Ultimopay dashboard — never from an email link or a third-party site.
